@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Yes this was working before, and I did submit a case as well that resulted in that defect filing, although I'm not sure if any troubleshooting has happened. The defect email also pointed me to the forums. I submitted here b/c the defect email stated it could be 15-36 weeks or longer.

@Richard James Uri-Oracle This was created from a custom dataset using Project Task and Project fields. If you provide instructions for creating a new chart from a "standard workbook and datasets" I could test that.

I meant a future transfer request, not an immediate one tied to this incident.

Thanks @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle , do you know if customers can request transfers to data centers geographically closer to their offices?
