As you can see from the screenshots I put in the first comment box, the Statuses listed under Setup|Sales|Customer Statuses do not match with what out current dropdown options. In my second comment box above I put the screenshot of our Customer Statuses List. So that I why I think the setup is elsewhere. Does it matter…
