So what we are trying to do is show who is approving the Expense report in the subject line. So if the role has a name we want to show the name but if the approver just shows a role then we want to display the role. We can get it to display in the body but not the subject line. Found out the date was not correct down the file. I did have all the other things correctly. However, now we are getting the error below: FAILURE REASON The file could not be imported, because the closing balance for the statement is missing.
