OK I'm getting some results using the field Applied To Transaction:Gift Certificate 'is not empty'
-
Yeah we use check boxes for heaps of stuff like that - not "the most useless thing EVER"...
-
You use the checkbox to control what they see... via a script! Just ask google.
-
The field name (internal) is giftcertapplied - I'm not sure where exactly to find it but perhaps someone from NS can help.
-
You could just try and get the value of the gift certificate couldn't you? Or if that only part-paid the total, use a formula to total Cash Sale total plus Gift Certificate total.
-
Rather than redirecting to a thank you page with access to trial software, why not redirect to a page that simply says "thanks - check your inbox for a link to the trial software"?
-
Untested, but you could add a 3rd "default" element to your tag couldn't you? Instead of <%=getCurrentAttribute('item','itemid')%> would <%=getCurrentAttribute('item','itemid','defaultcssfilename')%> work?
-
Yeah good call. I reckon that would do the trick.
-
Only 5 votes for this enhancement  Another related question please: Can we take out the gift certificate from the payment page and keep it in review and submit order? Now I find that just stupid. Who wants to enter CC details if they have a GC that covers the sale?
-
Glad my incorrect solution got you there!
-
Well you could possibly hide it with css. But I think a better solution would be for NS to have the option of putting both (or none) on that page.
-
And how many years has that been tracked for?
-
bump.......... Hey... not so hard
-
The promocode field SHOULD be on the payment page with the gift certificate.
-
Use a script. If not logged in show text string else show onlinessalesprice.
-
Have your sales dropped? If not, I wouldn't get too upset. It's probably just inaccurate reporting.
-
And here we are in year 5 of this post...
-
Still happening Chris? I haven't noticed it on our site.
-
Yeah easy - go to Lists>Website>Tabs and edit Shopping Basket In the field "Greeting" you can add style attributes wrapped in a head tag - eg: <head> <style> .contentarea { background-color: #333333; </style> </head>
-
Then complain about most of NS's HTML... Run any NS site (including netsuite.com) through here: http://validator.w3.org/ Terrible...
-
^^ Even better!
-
Evan, I see you edited my post to take out my complaint. Fine, I understand it's your forum, you can edit as you please. So I'll rephrase: The webstore implementation really needs a lot of work. There are scores of posts on this forum about it, with specific suggestions, examples, and ideas for things that would make it…
-
That still puts it in the middle of the page, so you end up with this: <td class='text'> <head> <style> .contentarea { background-color: #333333; } </style> </head> </td> It's incorrect, technically, but if you really want to have cart-specific CSS, at least leave out the <head> part. Or…

I don't think so currently, no. The earliest place where you can put code in (after the body tag) is in the logo/tabs template. There are 3 div tags inserted by NS between the body and logo/tags bit.
-
script if domain = xxxx.xom then display:none
-
Put the file in you "Live Hosting" directory. That will give the correct extension.
-
^^ even better idea!
-
Coupons still need a lot of work, don't they... any chance NS could open a can of worms and ask us all what we want to achieve with them?
-
Michael - are you kidding? Thanks... needed a chuckle. It's soooo cold today I've snapped two fingers just typing this!
-
I never get invitations :(
