I've been through the installation a few times now... I suppose you are going to now tell me that your site is not hosted by NS aren't you...
-
Very easy, I would imagine. Change your item templates to include tags for both currencies. Create a script for your basket/checkout that picks the price based on the country. Unless anyone else knows why that wouldn't work?
-
I think it only passes to forms. Maybe passing a promocode might be a better option?
-
Yes you are correct with the volume pricing, but it doesn't work for us. We want the discount to apply across all items. Also, only available to customers that we give the code to. I agree free shipping is a gimme though.
-
Its just common sense really isn't it. Especially if someone is signing up for different pricing.
-
The problem seems to be that everyone wants different functionality for promocodes. I want them to offer a per unit fixed dollar amount discount. eg 1 unit $1, 20 units $20 etc. And there a re many other posts with many other variations on how people think they should work. Good luck with yours. Let's hope that NS open…

still waiting...

You can add an access field, and indeed we do. The problem is, a customer fills in said form and is then taken to the website. They then need to log in with the details just entered - ludicrous! Even a tasty little string of code like "&Login=T" or something similar would be great. Have a think about it NS developers. I'm…

If it's important, yeah. Our's is purely for function so it's not too much of a worry. Any tips on how to call it, just in case it comes up later for us? (yes... still learning this wonderful rubbish called scripting...)
-
Do you have any scripts running on your sales order form for the website?
-
Setup>Website>Setup Website - Shopping Tab Is the checkbox for "Pass URL Promotion Code to Checkout" ticked?
-
If it's really bugging you, you can just replace the link with a script to check if they are logged in. For example: <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript"> var c_email = '<%=getCurrentAttribute('customer','pricelevel')%>'; if (c_email == '') { document.write(' '); } else { document.write('<a href="link to…
-
Also, what is the default website price set as? Setup>Website>Setup Website and see what it says on the preferences section of the setup tab. Also in that same spot, default customer category can have an effect too if you have scripting to force different price levels on the category.

ok, so... when passing values through a url, the first appendage begins with ? ie ?promocode=wine all additional values are passed with & ie ?promocode=wine&company=winebox here is a sample of one of our forms with some values being passed to autofill:…

The good news is the emails will cease to send once you have used up your allocation!
-
It was because of the add to cart button. See this thread: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=18290

It means I pulled the post. No further assistance required.
-
Thanks for all your help Mat
-
This is also happening when I manually type in a promocode into the checkout too, so it isn't isolated to passing values through url...
-
was a script error
-
This behavior is consistent across custom and default sales order transaction forms...
-
Thanks... got any promocodes I can test?
-
This is also happening when I enter a promocode onto a Sales Order from within NS. Interestingly, when I edit and re-enter and save it populates correctly.
-
Hello, I've had a chance to test this further and it is working correctly on my account. You may want to open a case with support for this one. Really? What's the website associated with your account so I can have a look?
-
Yeah - font colours are off and some rendering is incorrect. All four browsers work for me without a doctype so that's fine.
-
All back to normal now Mat i take it? Shame the expensive support team we pay each year couldnt see that. That will be $50 please :) I'm so not going to comment on the support thing... right now anyway! Thanks for your help Chris - here is $50 for services rendered!
-
Just been looking around your site and cannot find any NS field help? Maybe I missed it...
-
Thanks for checking... it's not reading css correctly in any browser. It doesn't seem to affect other NS sites which ****s (not for them, just for us - ie NetSuite won't recognise it is a problem if it only affects me!) Wow - imagine trying to explain what a vacuum cleaner does (see auto-blotted out text above)
-
It is a tag that you need to insert into your logos and tabs template. <NLCRUMBTRAIL>
