Hi Mat, im not sure if this is related but i noticed that you have specified a document type on your pages. Could it be that the strictness of this doc type could be interfering with the layout? We dont have a doc type associated with our pages, i tried adding one in a few weeks ago and everything got shifted to the left…

Hmm... that fix didn't exactly work... in the 4 major browsers, it shows at 900px, but in IE it is left aligned while the other 3 are correctly centered... IE is also centering a lot of my text which is incorrect... the other 3 browsers seem to align everything properly, but some of my font colours are off. Anyone trip…

ddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd I'm an idiot, sorry
-
Are the folders necessary? You could just point a promotional url at a file. Lists>Website>Promotional URL's>New
-
That's all good and well if you happen to know what doc-type to use! How does one specify "Netsuite - changes will be made"
-
post pulled -
-
wow - I changed the value 900 (which it has been for a long time now...) and changed it to 900px - that has fixed the sizing issue. It still isn't following my css 100% accurately though... What has changed?
-
Thanks for your help. Both of those doc-types fracture my site so I'm opting to leave it out.
-
No you can't!
-
There was a Netsuite release and fixes update last Thursday night..... Our website changed it's appearance at 10.15am Monday GMT+10 so unless there is some server lag I'm doubtful had anything to do with Thursday's events. NS was down for about 45 minutes yesterday too. (Yes... working on a Sunday...)

Hasn't gone from ours - has it definitely gone or have you entered a promocode and it is retaining that data?
-
What about: Setup>Company>Enable Features - go to the Transactions Tab. Is the promotion codes checkbox ticked in the Sales category?
-
It looks like a script is doubling up somewhere - perhaps that is why? <tr><td><input type='hidden' name='vid' value='PPHC4fg0AfbsBtht'> <input type='hidden' name='ck' value='PPHC4fg0Ad_sBqQ2'> <input type='hidden' name='cktime' value='79096'> <input type='hidden' name='cart' value='-1'> </td></tr> <tr> <td align='left'…

I can't. Not for this purpose. I need the custom form I have created.

What worries me is that I am using unmodified standard themes for everything on th web store. I don't understand how I can be causing this. Bob I agree. If you are using it 'out-of-the-box' then it really should work. Ok let's see... what if you were to change to a different standard theme. Does it allow you to add to cart…

Very strange... I get nothing but green lights and the following issuer statement: https://certs.godaddy.com/Repository.go;jsessionid=E59DD84714E4EF2125F11F01275D715D

Yep, that's it - I just used Firebugs in FF to test: Item888_prices is not defined checkmandatory888()20BPG-Pr...rphygages (line 534) onclick(click clientX=383, clientY=372)BqdsNDbT...0DQ%3D%3D (line 2) [Break on this error] <script language='JavaScript'>window.isv...window.isvalid ? true : false;}</script> It is referring…

Setup>Website>Themes - Edit the theme you are using. Nav to "Tabs & Buttons" subtab - does the code look correct for your add to cart buttons? Perhaps you could post it here?
-
no probs in Chrome either
-
Wow - I'm not getting that, although I updated to latest version of Chrome yesterday by clicking the spanner and then About Google Chrome
-
I've been voting for something similar for 3 years... It's really not that hard to do. You've already got it happening for percentages... now just add another field for flat rate... how hard could it be?
-
I have written a script to show this at item level at least... as a workaround - I would love to see NS implement your idea as a standard. <script type="text/javascript"> var soh = <%=getCurrentAttribute('item','quantityavailable') %>; var sohshow = <%=getCurrentAttribute('item','custshowquantityavailable')%>; if (sohshow…
-
Very cool And it's only for items that are set to "remove when out of stock" Glad to see we can allow orders of out of stock items if we chose to and still use this great functionality - great work! Now fix promocodes to allow $X per Yitems n cart...
-
We've come across this recently. I'm thinking of trying to write a script into the item templates based around showing quantity on hand based on whether or not the item is still available from our supplier or not, and based on having below a certain quantity left. Would be great to have this built in. I'm not a great…

Probably not as there is nowhere to store the credit card data if there is no customer record open.
-
Well I certainly wouldn't enter my cc details without logging in!
-
Those IP addresses and no longer in use for application email. Thanks Ken But they reflect upon netsuite.com no?
-
look up that IP here: http://cqcounter.com/whois/ seems right to me
-
Check the help section. It is really useful on this topic. NS webstores are very customisable except for the customer centre and the checkout, but I believe there is progress being made. Look for a thread "show off your netsuite site" and you'll see just how different they all are. Have a play, you'll get there.
