Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

We don't use the "home" page for that reason. I made it inactive and created an alternate home page as a presentation tab. Works how you want it...
-
Sounds like a browser issue. Have you got the latest version of your browsers?
-
Should be as simple as creating a custom template for you related items shouldn't it?
-
Would making it inactive instead of deleting it do the trick?
-
Our setup looks very similar, although we haven't put any value in the "Home page" fields. Try removing the /Swamppower/main.html reference.
-
Well thank you very much for sharing!
-
Any chance of a look at that script?
-
Best to code the lot your self I reckon.
-
Correlated items I believe are based upon items purchased along with said product. I don't know that you can remove them but you can get them to not display in your website. Setup>Website>Setup Website "Upsell" tab There is also a tag in your templates. If you are using<%=getCurrentAttribute('item','correlateditemshtml')%>…
-
Ignore the space... for some reason this usergroup messes with the code - relateditemshtml It's all in the help
-
Although it doesn't exactly answer your question, this posting: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?p=83337#post83337 should give you an idea how to achieve this. Rather than using display:none you could modify it to not display the code for quantity on hand
-
look through a thread titled "Show off your netsuite site"
-
Why don't you just set these third parties up as "partners" and append &partner=saidpartner to the url that they have as a link to your site?
-
Sorry, in your item drilldown template
-
Are you sure that the page you are trying to view these results actually uses that template? Lists>Website>Categories or Setup>Website>Themes
-
oh forget it... Actually no... perhaps I haven't explained myself. Tom - I know how to pass SPECIFIC values. What I am trying to achieve is to pull whatever value is being passed as the promocode. I'm using an example similar to what you have posted to "set-up" the form with the data I need. There are over 100 different…

Setup>Marketing>Online Customer Forms. The help topic will explain how to do everything you have requested.
-
Is "available in webstore" or "available online" or similar checked on the custom field?
-
could be a permissions things.
-
It's not wrapping when I look at it. They are all on one line
-
We use gif format (so that we can use 'transparent' as a colour) Full size are 240px high Thumb are 140px high That's just us though. I'm sure everyone has their own preferences depending on what they sell.
-
It may be easier just to hard code some links in your left nav html
-
instead of using <NLCOLUMNCONTENTS> use the individual tags. All of which can be found in the help section here: https://system.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/Output/Help/WebSite/WEB_ITEMTEMPLATES_HDIAddInfoFromCustomFields.html?NS_VER=2008.2.0

Yeah it appears to load fast, however, the little wheel keeps spinning around like it's trying to pull data from somewhere. Only our site does it, no other NS or non-NS pages do it. (with the exception of NS after you load a file into the file cabinet...) Pictures occasionally miss being loaded. When I hit F5 it's fine,…

Cheers to you both for taking the time to have a look. I still reckon there's something amiss with my coding (or googles... no!) Freight cost to the UK are exorbitant. You'd be looking at AUD$250 per dozen... tragic!
-
It is quicker, but it only seems to base the search on the first letters. ie. Search for "penfolds" and it return 11 different vintages of Penfolds Grange, yet searching for "Grange" returns no results.
-
Thanks - I no longer have this issue 9 years later...
-
You're more likely to get a helpful response if you post your threads once instead of 3 times. It takes up valuable real estate in the usergroup email. 2 other posts missed out because of that
-
Wish I knew... ours are the same - in Chrome too. I put a <br> command between the elements so now they sit on top of each other at least
-
Setup>Customization>Entity Fields is the most likely place to find that
