Setup>Customization>Transaction Body Fields. Make sure you check "Sale" and "Web Store" Type should be "Text Area" Set the size under the "Display" tab If you want it to be mandatory, check that under the "Validation & Defaulting" tab

It is the live chat image that causes the message The image url is: http://proaudiomusic.com/misc/chat.jpg If you upload a copy of this to your File Cabinet "Images" directory it should give you a https link Then reference that image in your template

We still do not get notifications of orders placed via website with paypal payments. Any ideas, NS?

You would need to edit your product template layouts for your website. Setup>Website>Item/Category Templates

Try testing it on a different machine or use a different browser to the one you run NS in. I find that changes are almost instant when doing it that way. CTRL+F5 also helps force a page reload.

As per usual, we are being kept in the dark... It doesn't seem to be all NS sites, as I have just accessed peedeetoys.com.au and wornfree.com (my new fav t-shirt site!) and both are working fine.

Published Saved Searches have been fixed so when a Custom Item Layout is applied, it follows the layout instead of always displaying in dense list layout. (under setup website, legacy tab - uncheck box for legacy search) That's a hell of a lot more helpful than: Help for this field is coming soon. For now, click Help or…

We have an image called "1-white-pixel.gif" which we use so we don't need to delete... I'm sure from the name you can work out what the image is...

I wouldn't hold my breath either! 2109.1 is probably closer to the mark... I ****s because this would be a hugely important feature for us to probably triple our business if we could offer this. (NS - think of the money you can make off us via bulk merge/campaign sales...)

If you click "checkout with PayPal" it seems to finalise the sale, whether or not it ends up being approved... we get this a bit - love that delete button...

<%=getCurrentAttribute('item','custitem2')%> is the correct format If you have recently added these fields they may not be instantly recognisable. Try loading in a different browser, ie. I use Chrome to run NS, and I test all my website changes in FF or IE.

I don't think you'd even need scripting. If you put a customer field against the item that had the required url you could edit the template to have the thumbnail image reference that url.

I don't know that you can. However, you can change your templates to reference the custom price level rather than the online one.

I get this problem from time to time. Under the "store" tab remove the website categories associated with the product.
