Its annoying because some customers call us and complain - then we take their order and they are happy again... what of the customers that don't call? I assume they go to our opposition. And the ones that do call outside of office hours and get our machine... same scenario I'm assuming.

I have set a sales price of $10 but it won't allow the customer to enter an amount themselves. Is there something else I missed.

Yeah I saw that too but it's so vague and you can't respond to those posts to ask for any clarification. I really thought I'd stuffed something up because I happened to be working on the back ended programming at the time of the alleged 'drop-out' if indeed that is what happened.

It was timing out. Nothing was loading but an error message. I used ie and firefox. Different pc's. I even phone someone in another state and they were getting it too. I also tried www.wineboxwarehouse.com.au, wineboxwarehouse.com.au, http://www etc etc Then it magically appeared again after I took a 5 minute phone call.

The email-address announced by the mail server and the email-address in the body of the email need not match - the VERP address used for bounce handling is not something that a reasonable recipient would block a messaging provider for.
