Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Do you have the Advanced Billing module - I believe it is only for that feature.
-
And by simple I mean probably not simple to simply add in, but simple as in "would make life a whole lot easier for warehouse staff"
-
Really? Cool. How do I put a gap in?
-
Thanks - NS, any chance of "add line between items" ? Like printing gridlines in Excel.
-
Yeah I don't see anywhere to sort when I go there either. I can sort the order that the columns print, but not sort the line entries.
-
Evan Glad to hear it. It is just such a simple thing... As for voting, it's not high on my list of things to do, as I find my time is better spent finding my own workarounds. I've mentioned in a previous post somewhere, but a facebook-style "like" button that you can click in the customer centre or even better, in the…
-
Sorry, I went to packing slip, which is what we use. How can I get that to sort?
-
Thanks for the tip!
-
Actually... this didn't read well originally... hmmm... now what to write? Nope - I'm all out.
-
We edit the original PO's after first deleting the item receipt. Then we re-receipt it.
-
Could you put a simple script that throws a pop-up if the word 'box' is entered into the shipping field informing the customer that UPS doesn't do that?
-
Ok smart guy. I will regret this... I suppose solving 90% of the problem wouldn't help?
-
You would need to connect that screen to a computer. Seriously though, I don't think there is a way to automatically refresh dashboard portlets. Hopefully for you somebody will correct me on this.
-
Setup>Website>Setup Website. Check out the Email tab.
-
Perhaps convincing the US to leave the outdated imperial measurements behind might work.
-
Any update on this?
-
Maybe it would be better to customise it. ie. don't use the tracking url link from NS. Add some custom fields to your transaction form and have a field that populates with a url based on the shipping method selected. A bit of work, but it will work. Saves annoying phone calls.
-
You would need to trigger a field changed script. Set up a custom transaction body field. I haven't done this so this is just thinking out load... function sale_change(type,name) { if (name =='shipmethod') { if (nlapiGetFieldValue('shipmethod') == 1) {…

The simplest solution is to not send fulfillment emails if they are confusing. We stopped that too.
-
hmm... that's not it then... I recall the same issue when we first started but for the life of me can't recall... hopefully someone else can help :)
-
Under Setup>Website>Setup Website - Shopping tab Do you have the country (I'm assuming Australia) selected as a country that you ship to?
-
Stocks that we are awaiting return on we invoice out to the customer and void the invoice upon return
-
Is there any reason you wouldn't just use "Transactions>Inventory>Transfer Inventory"?
-
We do. But they are all set up manually and rely on the user selecting the correct method.
-
That would be a very handy addition. Hopefully it would also lead NS to develop "per item discounting - by fixed amount, not percentage"
-
Several years back! Oh man, at risk of sounding insensitive, reading that made me laugh. We have a few ourselves...
-
I clicked on the field "Shipping Cost" and this is the field help: As an option, you may enter a shipping cost for this item in dollars. You must also create a shipping item for per-item shipping costs at Lists > Shipping Items > New. When this item is selected on sales orders, invoices or cash sales, the appropriate…

See this is why EVERYTHING should have an audiences TAB. then we wouldn't have issues like this...
-
No it's not. But it should be. Some parts within NS have an audience tab - which I want on all parts. Then you could make things such as shipping methods available only to who you want them to be. Sorry it doesn't answer your question but this has been frustrating me for ages.

It simply means it hasn't been approved by PayPal We get them all the time. If a customer selects PayPal at the checkout and then they proceed to the PayPal payments section and don't complete it it stays as "Pending Approval" I simply phone the customer. 8/10 they are just confused and they either go and complete the…
