Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Jeremy It's a workflow, not a script. And yes. It works. And no. I don't have a case number. Support cases are too frustrating and I won't raise them.

It's back again...

Sitting up until the early hours twice a year testing the new live release, now just seems to be part of life :) Yes. Not something I look forward too, especially when they NS machine decide long weekends in AU don't matter. I think they do it specifically to p!ss me off.
-
Hmm... Yes... Like magic...
-
Well I suppose I should point out that I'm not actually called Frank, that was the guy that played me in some movie... but thanks, yes I should be holidaying. The best bit (read: worst bit) is I did all my testing at bird-squeak-o'clock on Saturday morning once the upgrade finally came through. Everything seemed fine. Now…

See earlier post from Vladimir... Merging Records with Conflicting Login Access: A new preference was added under Setup > Company > Duplicate Detection, called Resolve Duplicates with Conflicting Login Access. This preference allows you to specify how conflicting login should be handled with records being merged. You can…

Here's another one for the pile of fixes on this (thanks for the above info for how to actually merge records again!) Why, oh why, do cross-subsidiary records show as potential duplicates when you can't merge them anyway? Someone shops at 2 of our stores and they are potential duplicates? Silly.

What I've done in the past is published the form to a page that isn't easily findable by customers and test there. I'd love to know if your request can be done though, but that might help you in the meantime until someone more knowledgeable replies.

Nothing ever really exists. I'll believe it when I see it. If I'm still alive in 2023.
-
Cheers Mon - would be a very handy resource for us and for NS developers too.

You are correct the Reference Cart and One Page Checkout Webinar will be occurring on Wednesday, 20 June 20 at 6:00 am Australia Eastern Standard Time (Sydney, GMT+10:00). This Webinar isn’t scheduled to be delivered in the Australian time zone, but next month’s Webinar will be in AEST: Title: Using SecurePay Credit Card…

Can we turn this off yet? So sick of it...
-
Now that's a dangerous email address for me to have... Thanks for the opportunity.
-
I bet I find a workaround before this S1 is fixed...
-
Are you referring to registration during checkout? Yes, but all fixed now. It was a perfectly fine workflow that was suddenly not fine. Love a good upgrade... Just when I finally get my head around some workflows, now I can't be bothered.
-
You're spot on with making it not mandatory. It works. Weird thing is, I have another custom mandatory field that works correctly. I love netsuite. It makes the simple difficult, which gives me something to do.
-
It's good isn't it?
-
OK, but how about getting someone to contact IF they can't replicate it. Nothing like sitting on a phone line listening to someone breath and click a mouse, press a few keys and then going "I see what you mean, I'll get the development team to take a look"
-
Nothing upsets me like an unpgrade that as soon as it is applied basic functions of the software doesn't work. I don't understand. Certainly you test this before putting it out right? Why does this seem to happen so often? 2nd point. Please, don't put out upgrades on a Friday night when you have no staff or limited staff…
-
I have worked out what NS need to do to fix this. If someone wishes to contact me I'll explain how. In the mean-time I'm writing a cumbersome script to achieve this as we need it fixed now, not in S2 time! It's one very minor change, to a field id...
-
There also seems to be more stuff in the url since the upgrade (or maybe it was already there and I never noticed it) umtz references (google analytics, I think). Could this be a reason? If I manually enter the partner code it works. (I previously had hidden that field but unhid it to test) However, even with the field…
-
They need to rename a field and all will be fixed. I have contacted support explaining the steps. I hope they do it soon because it's quite a simple thing to fix.
-
It helps... but not entirely. I'm specifically looking for feedback from NS users. If I'm the only one suffering then support will more than likely not be able to help me and that's frustrating. I'll attempt to fix it myself if nobody else is getting this result. Perhaps you could try a partner code on a url in your…

High Five!

Is it pdf or html that you are printing? Try customising the relevant pdf or html layout. It may just be that simple!
-
The tentative ETA is 5/19. That's today...
-
I'm also receiving the BETA emails every night. I'm glad I'm not the only one, I thought maybe it was something I did. Maybe it is something you did! Look how many people you've upset! :D
-
Yeah sorry DJ - schedules saved searches for me too.
-
Not sure what the issue is, but have you tried creating a new gift certificate item? Does that have the same result?

Does NS support IE9 yet? Does NS support IE 7 yet?
