Congratulations on your first post and welcome. Unfortunately I am pretty sure the answer is no, there is no quick print functionality. If you are having pdf issues, you can print using html. Loads a bit faster. Home>Set Preferences>Transactions Tab. Hit the appropriate checkbox.
-
Hire someone less distractible. Anyway, if someone gets this going it would be good. I'm busy wasting my time on automating things that take more than 2 clicks :)
-
Setup>Customisation>Transaction Form HTML Layouts (assuming you email html, not pdf - I'm sure you can work out the alternative) I think you need to replace the <NLBODY> tags with all the individual elements that you want to show, but I may be corrected... If you are't sure which layout to edit, go to…
-
Sounds easier just to do the second click and print as normal :)
-
Perhaps One Page Voting too!
-
Thanks for the links. They work once you log into the Support Center. otherwise you receive Notice That Suitelet is invalid, disabled, or no longer exists Bugger. I was already logged in apparently... I assumed it was due to me being logged into NS.
-
No I did not.
-
Thanks for voting. The feature is under discussion and the votes matter for ranking it against other features. Did you take a look at this feature coming with 2010.2: Extended Shopping Cart - Increase sales by allowing shoppers to apply promo codes, get estimated shipping and see an estimated order total before they…

It would rock so hard if we could post a "button" that allowed users to vote from within this usergroup. I mean, it's a log in site so we shouldn't have to enter any other details other than click!
-
You could just add a customer field at the sign up process that tracks the ip.
-
Actually, at least you can post a link... I voted too BTW. https://system.netsuite.com/app/site/hosting/scriptlet.nl?script=customscript_enh_vote_suitelet&deploy=customdeploy_enh_vote_suitelet&l=T&issue=1052316 Or system2 users...…
-
I agree - but voting is time consuming.

Setup>Website>Set Up Website Go to the Appearance tab. Your categories are listed at the bottom. Click on them and reposition them.
-
Benjamin, That would be ideal except that I'm interesting in creating our own custom notifications to be displayed to our internal users... for example: "The e-mail server will be down for maintenance tonight (July 21) from 10-11 pm Eastern. Please contact IT if you experience any problems outside this maintenance window."…

I believe that it would need to be on the address record. Some of our customers have many ship-to addresses. Address A might require delivery in a box truck, address B might require a flatbed truck, and address C might not take delivery during certain hours. These are notes that are address dependent - not customer…
-
Does it have to go on the address record? We do the same using a custom entity field and on our transaction forms we have another custom field that pulls the value from the field on the customer record. If no value is present it is blank. You can fill in what you like.
-
Still, it can be done by using a custom entity field.

http://api.jquery.com/delay/
-
You could find its id and set it to display:none
-
Thanks... It seems again that the latest and greatest NS functions do bugger all for me... how very disappointing.
-
Open a new invoice. Hit "Customize" This will then show you what pdf and html layouts are associated with it. Edit the relevant ones.
-
Thanks Oliver Where would that go in the script?
-
ok so I've got this working: function sale_change(type,name) { if (name == 'shipmethod') { nlapiSetFieldValue('custbodyshipping_item',nlapiGetFieldValue('shipmethod')); } if (name =='custbody2') { if (nlapiGetFieldValue('custbody2') == 1) { nlapiSetFieldValue('shipmethod',1144); } } } BUT... now when we got to a cash sale,…
-
Sorry... that last } was relating to an earlier piece of code. I took out the ; and now when I select the order method "store" the cash sale form just hangs - I can't enter anything. It does change the shipping method but it stops working there. Here is the full function for field changed function. Maybe I'm calling…
-
I don't see how you would insert an entire form into your e-mail and link it to NetSuite. Maybe an iframe pointing to a NetSuite Online Form? If that doesn't work, your best bet, as you mentioned, is simply a link in the e-mail to an Online Form. I'd go the link to a form option. If you email iframes not only will you not…
-
Wow that seems tough considering no email clients really like javascript. I'm thinking maybe custom fields with a script on each field with "if scenario=false display=none" and sending an email that consists of those fields. eg. have a custom customer field "custentityEmailContent1" through to "custentityEmail_Content_10"…
-
You can... with a bit of work. You can build one into your content area template from memory. We used to have one and from memory that how we did it. Oh, and I think you need to put the same coding into your item drilldown template too if you want some consistency.
-
Does removing the <td> tag from outside of the tag in question fix it? For some reason I seem to recall that that tag has it's own <TD> included. It won't look right in dreamweaver but should on your site.
-
Thanks everyone for your help. As I said... my script works across all platforms and browsers.
-
Ok, I worked out it has a value of 'Yes' for checked and 'No' for unchecked using firebugs in FF. I now have a script that looks like this: <script type="text/javascript"> var soh = <%=getCurrentAttribute('item','quantityavailable')%>; var showsoh = <%=getCurrentAttribute('item','custitemnomore')%>; if (showsoh == 'Yes') {…
