Yes... same here - payments won't go through either. I'm getting error ticket after error ticket from our website too.

You can also just click the chrome logo on the top right and all the commands are there. Print. Save. etc.

Not sure if NS changed, but Chrome updates itself and changes behavior quite often. Probably a combination.

I hadn't noticed it. BUT... there is a little checkbox under Home>Set Preferences>General>Optimising Netsuite called 'Delay Loading Of Sublists' - Would checking that help with what your doing?

Ah gotcha - reading with tired eyes... I haven't noticed it in our account as yet, so hopefully it's something little that they can catch and fix.

So it's been nearly 2 hours now It's only supposed to be an hour glass! Glad it got fixed.

Wanna know a tip for sorting your shipping methods? NS treats spacebar " " as the 1st character. 2 spaces " " will list before 1 space " " but will not actually show as a space in your webstore. Put 4 spaces preceding UPS Ground, 3 before UPS 3 Day Select etc etc and they should list in the desired order.

Everything is just stuffed - I never thought I'd want 2010.1 back, but I do! What bollocks to make a back-end page look prettier (which is debateable too) - make everything else unusable... NS, if you ever want a hand with anything...

Are you sure you can't rename them? I just went to Lists>Accounting>Shipping Items and was able to change ours.

You know what... I get this problem switching between https and http on NS sites. I've purchased from wornfree.com quite a few times, as I have from a couple of other NS sites, and when I go to the checkout (https) I get a site icon from a completely different NS site! I don't know if it is related, but my hunch would be…

We use a mandatory custom field that users must enter the reason for editing. I know that doesn't help in this instance, but it may help future instances.

Try a different pc (or mac) - sometimes the machine you use NS on has caching issues and you'll find it there in a few hours or so, but it is actually there for other viewers. Hope that makes sense.
