I've made some progress. I was able to log into www.spam.com so all is normal. Seriously, anyone from NS care to comment on a time frame? I'll go home if it wont be fixed by close of business (1.5 hours)
-
Well bugger me - I'm in!
-
OK - if anyone else is experiencing this, chances are you are in Australia and bank with Westpac. They are aware of the problem and are fixing it (with no ETA)
-
at least there were orders overnight and we can process them this morning!
-
Perhaps a change was made to the layout template?
-
Slower than dirt this morning. Not a happy way to start off an already crummy Monday. I've seen some pretty fast dirt though...
-
NS is running ok, but our email notifications are half an hour behind.
-
hmmm.... what exactly are the steps you are doing? Are you talking about a CSV import?
-
take the rest of the day off

Hi Mark From memory this has happened to me in the past. I think it was due to being logged into NS in the same browser. Do you get the same results in a different browser, ie. logged into NS in IE and fill in the form in FF?
-
Can you post any links to a page or pages where this is occurring on your site?
-
As a workaround you could export to Word/Excel and print from there.
-
I don't believe there is.
-
Glad its up and running.
-
Glad to see an explanation of what went wrong was posted. Any ideas, anyone?
-
Your site works fine from my pc
-
Thanks Michele for responding. I think we all have a greater belief in you and the team when you can be up front and tell us why, instead of just saying "fixed" Keep up the good work.

knackered means stuffed/broken/not able to function to us in OZ, as well as sleepy. What problems are we having with campaigns? Don't get me started...
-
Campaigns seem to be knackered. Have been for some time.
-
A solution would be lovely You can't delete them as they are "referred to by other records"
-
We have ours set to $0 so that way it has a box prompting the purchaser to enter the amount they wish to spend.
-
Don't know. We have the same issue. I can bulk fulfill, but I can't bulk bill due to required fields...
-
And this is triggered by some sort of onClick event? Could you just amend the calling of the page to be loaded with the attributes of a new window eg:…
-
Do you have mandatory fields that aren't auto populated?
-
What is the code you are using to break the success page into a new window?
-
No, but our website banner and menus randomly disappear in FF 3.5
-
Did you try changing the item list template?
-
Why don't you de-dupe outside of NS? In Excel or something. Then import clean data. Not too hard.
