  • @ Benjamin Paul - USA looks like the field was created and checked off as mandatory, if you are an admin go to the field itself in Customization>Lists, Records & Fields and then choose where the field lives from that list; once in the field go to the Validation and Defaulting tab and you will see the mandatory checkbox…
