Correct on the 1st question for revenue and gp,., except the GP% formula does not work. I have not tried to do a custom field, but I think that may be the way to go. I appreciate the suggestion.

Thank you, but unfortunately it needs to divide gp by revenue. The way we do business does not give us a % we need in a specific field, i.e. the one you are using in your suggestion. I WISH it were that easy. :) :) :)

It's just a single record insert I am using under the Customized Message of the Email tab in a saved search. The notification works, it's activated when a Sales Order is billed, but I am missing the gp% because it's not listed on the main line, and I don't need transactional lines gp%, hence the formula below is what I am…
