  • I too am needing another payment method other than a Credit Card...we are needing customers to be able to place an order just with a Purchase Order. I looked under Setup-Web Site and did not find anything anywhere...any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Jenn www.coachesdirectory.com

  • I called Netsuite's help center on this problem and if you choose Setup > Web Site > Set Up Web Site > Check Out subtab > PER CUSTOMER BASIS, it puts a PO # on the very last page of checkout; HOWEVER, the customer must still enter a credit card number to proceed with their order.   • We have been using Gproxy for our netsuite website creation process as well. They have a quick turn-around time and their prices are VERY competitive. Definitely go with their 'platinum' package as you are able to get your website up fast and then turn around and make changes to your website with your maintenance hours.…

  • Everytime we open a new browser with Netsuite already open in one, we are forced to sign into Netsuite again when we return to it and attempt to navigate...is this something new??
