  • Thanks Micah, To simplify my question, when there are shipping errors, on the assumption the items can not be physically returned, should a Sales Order be updated to reflect what was shipped, or should the SO stay the same on the inventory adjusted and SO closed without fulfilment. Hope this reads better. Thanks.
