OK thanks, I am working with my account manager and his manager for weeks now, I will keep on them.

Talking to customer support now. They have several teams working on it but they don't have an ETA yet. The database upgrade ran over but by policy they are not allowed to give an ETA. He assured me they have a lot of resources working on the problem to get it resolved as quick as possible.
