Hi Judith! As I understand it the vendor prepayment balance (base) field is to account for different currencies/subsidiaries. We however only use USD and and only have 1 subsidiary. All our other vendor records behave normally and both fields (vendor prepayment balance base and vendor prepayment balance fields) are always…
