The formula CASE WHEN ROUND(TO_DATE({today}, 'mm/dd/yyyy')-{trandate}) BETWEEN 0 AND 30 THEN 1 END does not work. I keep getting the error message, "Your formula has an error in it. It could resolve to the wrong datatype, use an unknown function, or have a syntax error. Please go back, correct the formula, and re-submit."

That fixed my problem. Thank you! Do you know how I can link the sales order and support case? I want to be able to see the support case on the sales order (specifically on the Support Cases subtab of the History tab and see the sales order # on the case record?

That worked! However, there are many lines for each item and only one of the lines shows the next count date and count interval. Is there a way to only show the item once?

If there are multiple POs then it should be set to yes. It could also be a free text field that lists the PO numbers.

Yes, or it can be blank if the PO status is approved/not pending approval. On the Order Items page, you can display fields from the item record. That's why I want the custom field on the item to be yes or no and store the value. I can put the custom field on the order items page as a filter then filter out the ones I don't…

If a purchase order is in the pending approval status, can the inventory item on the purchase order have a custom record that displays something (e.g., yes or PO #)? Is it possible that this custom field shows as an option to filter by on the Order Items page?

I don't understand the following: In step 1, I set on create as the event type but I don't see where you check Scheduled. I have the option to make it event based or scheduled. If I choose scheduled, I have to use a saved search. In step 2, I am not able to set the field value to count start date or count end date.

I am looking to do the following AT ONCE to all memorized invoices and sales orders: On memorized invoices, add a markup line item and check the sales tax box. No, I am not referring to the ability to automatically record credit card processing fees on credit card sales transactions as an expense. I am looking for how to pass the processing fee through on the invoice when an invoice is paid with a credit card. Does anyone know how to automate this?

Thanks. I know how to set up BOMs, revision, routings, work orders, etc. My question is if I have to put in two work orders or if there's a different way I should be combining the parts to make an assembly and use that as the routing and work order.
