Trixie, thank you. So their issue stemmed from a CSV import for and Inventory Adjustment causing negative inventory, in spite of the settings. They did not involve PO, SO. Is there a different answer? Thank you, Tim

Prevent Negative Inventory, and Enabling Negative Inventory Validation are both enabled for the transaction that caused this, Inventory Adjustment. It was created via CSV if this is important. Thank you.
