CTI did some testing and the issue appears to be file size (determined by search date range). I was successful with the following file sizes: 19,367 records 16.3 MB 40,730 records 34.2 MB I received the error with the following file sizes: 64,268 records 5.3 MB 75,900 records 62.7 MB See info below:…
