Thank you, that has allowed me to by-pass it. However, once the mass update has been completed it hasn't pulled through the 'last purchase price' into the purchase price field to enable us to run the GP report.

Sorry, that didn't work but instead brings up the box below which once 'set' is clicked the description field is stilled greyed out.
