41 minutes and counting...
-
Down in Irvine
-
Been at least 27 minutes at this point, will be interesting to see what status.netsuite.com finally reports the duration as.
-
We're not slow, we're down and have been for 30+ minutes.
-
"All NetSuite Systems Fully Operational" I knew it'd say that. Update: back up!
-
It's working now. I was getting any errors, only zero results for terms that I know had matches.
-
...but not today with the size and scale of your data centers... I think they only have one data center - scary, huh?
-
Still down in Southern California (sounds like a bad album title or something...)
-
We should at least get a renewal discount for things like this. :( start taking screenshots of the status page, prepare your arsenal for the renewal negotiation battle that we all must suffer through each year.

I have confirmed that WSDL 2011.1 (the most recent one listed in the help) does NOT return the sub type in the type field. For example, for lot numbered assemblies it still returns "_assembly" (!!)
-
I took a shot and tried to access the 2011.2 WSDL and there IS ONE. However the ItemType element is unchanged: <simpleType name="ItemType"> <restriction base="xsd:string"> <enumeration value="_assembly"/> <enumeration value="_description"/> <enumeration value="_discount"/> <enumeration…

yes, all internal services that use web services our down. We're getting the same useless error you are. Any updates from NetSuite on the case yet?
-
just filed a case Case: 1326008 "UNEXPECTED ERROR" - web services DOWN Have any of you heard anything from NetSuite?? Status.netsuite.com says: "No issues to report. All NetSuite Systems Fully Operational" BS!
-
Now it's not down, but it won't debug scripts. Just says "Loading Script..." for many, many minutes. I've logged out, back in, cleared cache, etc.

...For a replacement of the file cabinet, which amends the above solution, we are considering a plug-in from Celigo that provides a file cabinet replacement with a great GUI. The module is nominal in cost and the S3 space is very inexpensive, comparatively. The main snag for us with the Celigo and Box option is that it's…

We realised early on that our storage was going to get expensive with Netsuite (we are now up to about 35Gb). So guess what? We host it ourselves and link via URL back to NS. It has saved us thousands by hosting it ourselves. How are you handling secured access to those external resources? I've contemplated a couple…

An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.4ddaf180.1295158039.c2dc758
-
Are you still getting unexpected errors issues? No, whatever the issue was it has been cleared up (on your end)
-
I'm s eriou s!! D on't make fun o f my suffe ring!
-
Hi, It's real fast right now, real fast so it appears whatever the issue was it has been solved. Also, for the record the slowdowns were on your servers. When viewing the performance stats it was usually ~98% "server".
-
Thanks, but it is delay loading sublists and this is new since 2010.2. Basically, when a record loads I can't select say... Department until the Item sublist finishes rendering itself and initializes. They changed something.
-
have you all checked status.netsuite.com, it says 100% uptime???
-
We're down. Everyone is outside walking around, smoking, talking on their phones, etc. These are expensive outages!
-
S3?! Anyone else think it's a bit more severe than that?
-
OK, looks like it's working now.
