I checked the work flows and Purchase Orders isnt even listed, suggesting there are no scripts attached to it. When customising the form I found the "Display Type" was "Inline Text". Hi Lyka and Tigran, Thanks so much for taking the time to look into my problem. I don't believe the field is used in a Workflow, but I'm unsure of how to check if it is.
