Unfortunately, I have not seen any update about this. It does seem like the most basic of features. Edward, are you able to look into this for us? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately, this setting does not affect default font / font size of the email. When I send out an email from Netsuite, the defualt font is Verdana / font size 12. This is especially strange because when I type my message, it is displayed in Arial. Please let me know if this qualifies as a bug. I will submit. Thanks!

We are experiencing the same issue. Our team on the west coast is finding customer replies, to emails originally sent out of Netsuite, have been delivered to their Spam folder.
