  • Good morning, Unfortunately, we enabled Suitetax before we realized it wouldn't meet our shopping cart needs. Then we added Avalara. I'm not sure if this is part of the issue. My screen does not look like the screenshots above. I think we will need NetSuite support - either direct or consultants to help with this…

  • I checked a PO to the same Vendor a month ago and everything looks the same. We did not register them as tax exempt because we were not calculating taxes on PO's. I don't understand why NetSuite is trying to calculate tax on them now. It is a Swedish vendor so even more reason not to have a tax issue. Thank you!
