Yes field is missing in both places. Yes the forms are the same. They are both Accounting Center roles, one has an ID like this customrole_cm_ff_prm_acct_mgr So it must have come from a FF role? Here are the role differences

No, there are no defaults. Why can't this role see that field? They are doing CSV Imports and want to set that field via CSV

We are already utilizing department, class, and locations. Those also don't have form customization possibilities so while a nice suggestion, not robust enough for what we need.

They cannot see the data for the other custom segments. It's just super annoying to have to scroll through all of the segments where there would be no data returned anyway.
