How much space is allotted for the field on the transaction form layout? Try shrinking another field on the page and making the field's printed area larger..

I am able to log in but I am unable to pull any data or refresh anything without error. This is unacceptable.

The same issue is happening to our users intermittently. We have yet to nail down a cause for the effect, but when a user changes screens the center tabs reset to some sort of default setting.. I don't want my sales people in an Admin Role.

We are having issues receiving and fulfilling for items which don't have a weight shown in NetSuite. This used to default to 1lb if the item's weight was blank, now it wont, which doesn't let us fulfill.
