Thank you for your respond. Memorized transaction is not alternative solution since the numbers of each line and the departments are different each month.

Hey Joahnna, Thank you for the answer, but i must delete the location value from all the transactions, there must be some way to do it. I am familiar with Mass update and manual update. Is it passible to delete the location via manual script, any other way I can do it ? What are the options I have ?
