Hi all, Thanks for all your inputs. Eventually, the PO form worked as we wanted. We pinpointed the problem to be a 3rd-party system integration that somehow was disallowing the billing address to be defaulted. Thank you all for the contribution.

Hi @Ramu Komireddy_9891 Thank you for the input. I can confirm the "Show check box" was already checked for the fields you pointed out, but the problem persists unfortunately.
