Yes, we are maxed out on Employee Center licenses. And because of that, I now see what happened. I had another user who had more access than he needed including admin roles. He was a backup for the former IT Director. We removed all of his roles except Employee Center and now he is no longer consuming a full license, it…

Hi Chelsea, Thank you for responding. We had one available full license. I assigned Employee Center to the new user and that worked without any New User prompt. I then made a copy of the Employee Center role adding the 2fa requirement and nothing else. I tried removing the Employee Center role from the user and removing…
