Hi @Judith Culanding-Oracle , yes you are correct, in our instance we are only using Suite Approvals bundle for this specific record type and all previous transactions were approved, so the search works as expected. Thanks for the confirmation.

Late to this party, but creating a search with criteria of Approval Status = Pending Approval and Next Approver is NULL should show those transactions still in draft status as a Next Approver is not defined until the Submit for Approval button is clicked?
