Thank you for your helpful response. It is an inventory item. Why can I not see it on the Inventory Adjustment Worksheet though?

I noticed it says 'and you may also be using a third-party email resender or a customized resender solution'….. I checked the customer's account and couldn't see evidence of a third-party email resender being used (I'm assuming this means the emails aren't sent from Netsuite?)
