I compared the two roles, and I was missing a couple transaction options. I added these two and now I am getting the data I need. Thanks for your help.

I added the permission but still not working. I am making a rest Api call, when I use "check" in the condition it works, when I use "journalentry" it doesn't. For journal entries: But I know there are 939 journal entries: When I run the query in the server it returns all the transactions.
