Thanks all! Root cause was NetSuite routine maintenance that was to be completed by 7:00am EST, but wasn't complete until 8:35am EST.

Hello- The "View" only setting is applied in the Item Cross References permissions. But the user can modify the item cross references within the list in the item record, via the "Edit" link. Can the "Edit" link be removed by role or user id? Thank you-
