Hi Michelle Jabanes, This is not helpful, as Netsuite forwards emails on to our email server. via system@sent-via.netsuite.com So we can block these emails. Why isn't there a block list in Netsuite so customer can add emails addressses and domains to it?

Thanks for your reply Michelle Jabanes. However, the NetSuite malware filter isn't working. Look at this example of spam isn't working. How can these types of emails be blocked? How can I add emails to the the block list in Netsuite? Thanks James
