Hi Jack, After Record Submit did not work, either. It did not trigger workflow at all.

Workflow log says "SENDEMAIL action skipped. Not executable with trigger BEFORESUBMIT".

Where can I find which version my account is? If I have already installed electronic payment bundle, will it get updated whenever NetSuite updates the bundle automatically? Will it affect custom payment format template? Thank you!
