Hi Camille Yes, I was wanting to change the subject line of the email when sending the scheduled report. How do I make the subject line populated with a formula? I have tried {timebill.date} in the subject line so that the subject will populate with the results of the 'timebill' table and date field Is there a way to use…

Thank you so much for all your help Pauline! That worked perfectly

Hi Pauline I have changed the status to 'Released' and will wait 30 mins to see if that works The Financial Controller role, which is what I had added to the custom field's permissions list, doesn't appear to be populating the "annual salary $" (the unlocked field). I have given myself access to this role to test it and am…

Hi Pauline I finally got access to the sandbox account again and managed to test the proposed solution. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be working. Here are screencaps of the set up: Screencaps of the custom unlocked field: I have tried the 'execute now' to test the workflow though am finding that it populates in the…

Thanks for your help again Pauline (you are awesome!) The screencap below shows the current configuration of the locked field: I will try the workflow solution you have suggested and let you know how I go Thanks again

Hi Pauline Yes, the payroll administrator (also the administrator) role (which is the one I am logged in as when creating the workflow) both have access to that field. Given that, shouldn't I be able to create a custom field that sources from the locked field? I have reached out to the bundle owner who has said they are…

Thank you Pauline. I had an attempt at this yesterday though wasn't sure which part of the standard workflow dealt with the 'edit' an approved journal part? Specifically, how to resend this to the original approver based on this event

Thank you. I will install that bundle and see if I could modify workflows around this.
