The only workaround I can think of is to have the base unit and have multiple units under that, as long as you don't change the base unit you can modify the rest. Doesn't work if your base unit is not the smaller unit. Ex: Case of 12 is the base unit, and you want to create a single unit which would be 1/12 of the Case of…

Hi there! We just completed that process internally. If you want to change the base unit, you're stuck and have to reload your items from scratch. This field data can't be changed once you created an item.
