I'm noticing this same problem with a stock ledger report. If I download the report as a XLS it is 20MB. If I do it as a CSV it is only 2MB. If it's a PDF it's 4MB. PDF and CSV email just fine, but XLS always crashes. Do you think it's just because of the sheer file size?
