Thank you Michelle, I'm not sure if that is the same. I hope you can consider this slightly different question. For Vendors and Customers there is a dashboard format you can create. It is assessed through the dial icon and it seems to link to a custom entry form. It seems that you could even set the Dashboard Vendor Form…

Thank you for the suggestion of the second custom record type of Completion Status. Sounds like it should work. I'm going to try to work it through. I have a field on the Training Course record called Course Name that is type free-form text. Would you see any issue with linking that field?
