That's strange - I can't replicate the problem you describe. Does it happen with whatever category you choose? Also, have you tried one of the other options - Row(s) from Expense Log, or Row using Camera Photo?

The app supports approvals for all records that are currently exposed in the app. You should find everything you need under the "NetSuite for iPhone Supported Record Types" topic in SuiteAnswers. FYI - POs and Vendor Bills aren't supported yet. But we're working on it - supporting additional record types.
