Hi Michelle, Thanks for your help! You are right, the role was inactive and not showing in the list. I checked the "show inactive" box and then the role appears. Thanks!

Yes, you totally address my question. I have already voted for the enhancement 135651 and also file a new idea to request Netsuite to separate the account balance viewing ability from the account selection ability. However, after submission of the new idea, I can no longer find what I wrote. Not sure what's happening.…
