Robert, I don't see the NetSuite Support Role (Basic) in the list of roles when I navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles. I also don't see the NetSuite Support Center role there, for what it's worth.

I found SuiteAnswers 21464 and found the amortization schedules that were hitting the period, I think I'm good now!

Nevermind, I figured it out! If you click on the Custom tab option in the Ribbon, you can edit the custom tab and control what audience can view it.

I don't have that option, under Inactive I only have Omit Packaging, am I missing a setting that would enable that?

Thanks. I was able to set this up, and it did charge the shipping on the web orders. I did notice, that on Sales Orders and Cash Sales, this new shipping item became the default option under Shipping Method on the Shipping subtab, which I do not want. Is there a way that I can not have this be the default on non-web store…

No I do not. If I select this option, will it affect all transaction types? I only want this to go into affect for web store orders.

Yes, it's a NetSuite web store, created using Site Builder.

Never mind, I figured it out, didn't even need a workflow! I navigated to Customization > Lists, Records, Fields > Record Types > Restriction. I clicked on Restriction in the Custom Segment column, and unchecked Mandatory in the Validation and Defaulting subtab.

I have zero experience with scripts. I have tried a workflow, but have been unable to get the result I need, which is our custom segments to become mandatory based upon the department value selected.
