See SuiteAnswers 106310, NAB was deactivated in April due to "The bank blocks any screen scraping activities from the authorized information service provider of NetSuite". Hope NAB IT gets their act together soon.

Step 6a: NAB is not in the list. Other AUS financial institutions are Commbank, Westpac, ANZ etc
