I was able to get Chelsea's Email to generate, but the "View Record" link still shows the Item Receipt instead of the Purchase Order. So that does not help our Employee Center users. This was resolved with a NetSuite Support Case #6464484 Basically, we had to go to SETUP>ACCOUNTING>SHIPPING and clear the FIELD named DEFAULT SHIPPING METHOD. That allowed the MANAGE INTERCOMPANY SALES ORDERS function to work again.
