  • Hi Ely, The information is exactly what we have found as well. Our issue is we do milestone billing, so on most sales orders, there is a milestone right away that is on order acknowledgement. This then causes the issue that when lines are closed AFTER the milestone, and the sales order is fully invoiced, it closes the sale…
