@Kaden B - Did you get this sorted out? I had something similar happen to a few users, though I don't know if they ever did the activation. Deleting and re-adding the user doesn't resend the activation email, but the user was able to use the "forgot password" link to access their account.

@Grace Catabian-Oracle - for clarification, I am not trying to connect to NetSuite. I am working on getting some external data into NSAW and wanted to use the REST API connector. I have attempted to connect to two different services using the REST API connector and got the same error I mentioned in my first post.

I use Firefox as my primary browser, but I have also tried in Chrome. I have tried using a private browser window as well.

@Grace Catabian-Oracle - Sorry for the delay. I just press the Create button in the upper right and then select "Connection". I have been able to make a REST connection that doesn't require any authentication but when I try making a connection that requires OAUTH2 (I have tried with two different APIs) I get that error.
